As I was scrolling and sifting through my e-mail, I came across this webblog somehow. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed this blog on health and nutrition, (which is the proper way of saying it made me hungry). I particularly enjoyed reading about southern culture, for I am also from South Carolina. It caused me to reflect on some fond memories. I believe various things today should take more effort to attain than what we are more often used to. I agree with what Ms. Greene has presented and I hope others will take it into consideration!
